Matt was gone on Saturday so I decided me and B needed to get out of the house. We first went to lunch at Wendy's. Berlyn loves there chicken nuggets and Mandarin oranges. We then went to the Children's Museum at the gate way because it was way to hot for the park. It was so much fun to go. She loved it. She played in the water area they have. We went and played on the helicopter which was pretty cool. She loved the kitchen and putting the food in and out of the oven. Berlyn found the dolls and strollers which she is obsessed with lately. The slides were probably her favorite thing of all. She also loved this wind tunnel thing they have. You put a piece of paper in and it floats out of the tube and she cracked up at that. When we were done we went and got some ice cream cones and headed home for a nap. We had so much fun! It is so neat to see how much she is growing and changing and is no longer our little baby.

Funny moments with B!
We have recently had some funny moments with B lately.
The first was in the bath tub the other night. She has discovered that the back of the tub can be used as a slide! She is so funny she backs her butt right up to it and waits for me to count to three then she slides down while laughing like crazy it is pretty cute!
The second moment was also the other night. Berlyn has a princess gown pajama set and I put her in it the other night. (knowing that she has learned how to remove her diaper now.) I laid her down for bed and went back to check on her a little later. I peeked in and went to cover her and saw that she was snuggling her diaper like it was her monkey. YUCK! So I grabbed the diaper and luckily it was dry so she had to have pulled it off right when I had laid her down. But she had wet the bed so I put her in new pj's that had bottoms and changed her bedding and laid her back down. I know now when she wears those pj's she has to have on shorts! Silly mom. I wish I would have gotten a picture of it it is pretty funny now.

Happy 4th of July
We had such a fun 4Th this year. Ed and Brian came down again this year and it is always fun to see them. We went Friday night up to the Oakley Rodeo with our friends Cory and Kera and there kids Tana and Jack. The Rodeo was so much fun and they had yummy burgers. We went up to there condo in Huntsville after and stayed the weekend. The next morning we went to the parade and breakfast in the park and Ed and Brian meet up with us along with Josh, Alana, and Avery. It was fun to hang out with everyone. That night we hoped on our boat and watched the fireworks over Pineview. It was so fun to see the fire works over the lake it is beautiful. We stayed until Sunday and went boating in the morning. Berlyn got to play with Tana and Jack and she loved it Tana is 2 years older and was so good with B. Berlyn loved baby Jack and just kept talking to him and wanted to hold him it was fun to see her with him.

Happy 3rd Anniversary
We had our 3rd anniversary June 3rd. We decided we would go on a Cruise and leave Berlyn with her grandparents. We were originally supposed to go to the Mexican Rivera but thanks to the swine flu we were redirected to San Francisco, Canada, and Seattle. We had alot of fun but by the fourth day we really missed B and wanted to come home. It was a colder cruise so there wasn't much to do to keep us busy. In San Francisco we went to Alcatraz. It was really neat to go and see it. The tour of Alcatraz was guided by audio and at times it was a little erie. We learned that all of the prison guards and there family's lived on the island. I think that that would of been really hard to do.
In Canada we went to Victoria. We decided to rent a scooter and drive up the coast and shop. We had a ton of fun there and it was really pretty.
In Seattle it was the hottest day 90 degrees which was rare for Seattle but we didn't mind seeing how we had been freezing on the other days. Seattle was gorgeous. We went to the Space needle which is a must. We then went to the Jimmy Hendricks music museum and that was neat to see. We then went on a duck boat ride. They are the boats that drive on land and in water. when we were in the water you could see the sleepless in Seattle house which was cool.
We had alot of fun and it was good to get away but we sure missed our B.
