Berlyn had her first field trip today! We went to a pumpkin patch called Day's Farm. We did a hay ride to the pumpkins and the kids loved it. Berlyn was so excited to pick out the biggest pumpkin. On the way there she had her friend Sophie and her new friend Savanah in our car. Berlyn and Savanah held hands the whole way there in the car it was pretty cute!
Blake Has been so fun lately she is interacting so much. She says hi and bye, daddy,mommy, sista, night night, uh oh. She just jabbers all the time. She is becoming a lot more lovey and snugly. She loves giving kisses and hugs. She is starting to tease and it is cute. She loves to scare us by sneaking around the couch and roaring at us. She still loves to eat and gets impatient when she sees food and she doesn't have it in her hand. She has a good little temper and let's you know when she is not happy. She is starting to play with b a lot and is always following her around. She still doesn't love b to touch her unless it's her idea. She loves to go to sleep and asks for it some times you can say night night and she will wave by to us to go to bed .She is very happy most the time and has such a silly personality she is so much fun!
We took the girls to the circus when it was in town. They loved it at first especially before it started and we were on the floor interacting with the performers! Berlyn loved that part. Blake loved the popcorn she just kept shoveling fist full after fist full in her mouth. About half way through they were both done Berlyn kept asking to go home and Blake was starting to get restless. I was shocked I thought for sure Berlyn was going to like it a lot more but I think she was sad we couldn't still be down there with the performers. So we didn't get to stay for the whole show maybe anther time we will.
We had the girls pictures taken for Blake's 1 year. Berlyn did awesome Blake not so much she did not love it there was a kit if crying. Here are a few cute ones!
Berlyn started preschool and dance class the first of September. She is loving both and having so much fun! She is always so excited to go. It is so fun to see her having fun with it and getting bigger.
Berlyn is loving anything musical right now last year around this time it was wizard of Oz this time it is Phantom of the Opera! B is always running around the house singing the music it is to cute. She is such a little drama queen I think we have a little performer on our hands to loves to show off lately and get attention.
B is such a great big sister and loves Blake so much she is always trying to carry her around every where. she has her days where she is not always soft with her but generally she just wants to be lovey with her.
We cant believe how much she us growing up and learning at school she is doing so good! She has become our big joker and loves to tease all of us every day she has an amazing sense of humor.
Her favorite things right now are Crab Legs for dinner she asks for the almost every night. She loves musicals, still loves princesses and witches. Her favorite color is blue and she really wants to paint her room blue. It is so fun to see her prefer things now and have opinions. it is crazy how fast they grow up!
Blake started walking around her birthday. She took some steps on her birthday and then really started walking about 2 weeks after. Her is a video of her.
So the other day I went to check and see if B had fallen asleep for her nap yet and this is what I found....
She had pulled most of the stuffing out of her pillow! Gotta love Them!
We went camping with the girls a few weekends ago. We went to bear lake since it is the only lake that seems to have a beach right now. The girls love playing in the water and sand. It was a little chilly for Blake. It was a lot of fun very cold at night though. The girls both did way better then we thought they would. We can't wait to go more before the summer is up.
We can't believe Blake is one already. it sure goes faster with the second child. We love Blake so much she is a blast and has such a fun personality. She love to rough house with daddy and snuggle into his chest. She loves to follow B around and play with her as long as B doesn't mall her to much. She loves to give mommy kisses and hugs and always wants to be held. She knows what she wants when she wants it. She is usually always happy and easy going for the most part. She has the sweetest little smile. She now has 2 bottom teeth and one top tooth with 3 others trying to come in. She is crawling all over and getting into everything she can. she is taking small steps and getting braver and braver we are up to about 5 steps before we sit and rest. She loves playing and is always wanting to be busy with something or exploring. she is still so tiny compared to where B was at this age she is 17lbs and 4 oz. She is 28" and is 3% for weight and 16Th for height. She is healthy as can be just petite. Wes just love this little stinker!
We had a swimming party at grandma Maurice pool. It was a blast we had family and a few friends over. She got spoiled! We had marts sister make a cute owl cake and a little one for Blake.we had so much fun!
Matt and his dad surprised me for my birthday with tickets for San Diego. It was so much fun alot of work with 2 kids but way fun. We went shopping and to the beach. The girls loved the beach Berlyn wanted to go every day. There was a little cave and they called it Ariel's garrato. It was cute here are some pictures of the beach.
